Digital Account Strategist

Job Description

NYC-based creative agency is seeking a qualified Digital Account Strategist to manage key client accounts and directs their strategic development, write Analytics reports and to optimize our SEO/SEM. This is a full-time opportunity to work with multiple regional and international clients from a diverse range of industries. You must be able to finish projects on tight deadlines and work on more than one project simultaneously. Experience in the Real Estate industry is a definite plus.

This is an in-house position. The ideal candidate must be able to work 40 hours per week from our offices in Lower Manhattan, Monday through Friday. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties of the Digital Account Strategist include, but are not limited to:

  • Paid Search Optimization/SEO
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns' Display, and Search advertising in Adwords, including aggressively targeting key demographics, bidding, placing ads, and creating new advertisements
  • Implement and analyze third-party ad campaigns
  • Report on the all SEM/SEO findings and trends
  • Implementing search test strategies (including bidding, copy, positioning, etc.) in an effort to maximize program effectiveness

Digital Analytics

  • Pull traffic acquisition reporting data from Google Analytics
  • Create concise reports on customer acquisition data for clients

Social Media Optimization

  • Monitor and create social media content across accounts
  • Optimize advertising across social media channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an applicable field of study
  • 2+ years experience in digital advertising marketing
  • Google Analytics Fluent
  • Google Adwords Certification preferred
  • Experience working with digital ad-serving technologies (AdButler a plus)
  • Must have experience in generating client-facing digital performance reports
  • Excellent writing and copyediting skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • Experience on the Mac OSX operating system
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Well-honed analytical skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
